Founded in 1808, Northeastern is a private research university set in the fashionable Back Bay area of Boston. It occupies a beautiful urban, enclosed campus with grassy quads and tree-lined walkways. The well-equipped campus is approximately 10 minutes by train from Downtown Boston and it takes about 15 minutes to reach major attractions such as Fenway Park, Copley Square, the Prudential Mall and the New England Aquarium among others.
The center has 5 modern classrooms complete with a chalkboard, AV equipment, desks and wireless internet. There are computers in the multimedia center at the university available for student use. The campus houses a bookstore, library, cafeteria, snack bar and computer center. Students will have the opportunity to use some of the college's sporting facilities, such as the swimming pool and sports fields.
